Pests Happen

Fungus gnats? spider mites? aphids? Oh my!

Simply put, when you bring the outside in, there’s always a chance you may run into pests at some point. The key is being an observant, and proactive plant parent. Check your leafs, especially the nooks and cranies for clumpy cotton masses (mealy bugs) or small hard bumps that can be scraped off with your fingernail (scale) and take action to eradicate fast!

For destructive plant pests or just downright annoying bug visitors – we partner with DMV Beneficials, a pest management non-profit organization, from whom you can order for weekly pickups from either PLNTR location.
