Botanical Soap Making Workshop (National Landing, December 2025)

Join White Lily Shoppe for a fun, interactive workshop where you’ll learn how to create your very own cold process soap from scratch! In this class, we’ll break down the soap-making process in a way that’s easy to understand, perfect for beginners and curious creatives alike. You’ll learn: 🧼 What cold process soap is and how it works 🌿 The ingredients that go into natural handmade soap 📐 How to read and understand a soap recipe and formula 🌸 The benefits of essential oils, base oils, and how to choose the right ones for your skin ⚖️ Why handmade soap is so much better for your skin compared to commercial bars ☠️ Important lye safety tips to ensure you feel confident and prepared You’ll get to make your own soap by combining your oils and lye, and then choosing your own custom scent and natural colorants to create a batch that’s totally you. Please note the following safety requirements: All participants must wear long pants/skirt, a long sleeved shirt, and closed-toe shoes. Safety Goggles/ Apron/ Gloves will be provided. Minimum age requirement is 18 years of age or older.
