The coffees we will be tasting:
**Kona Geisha Champagne Natural: this yeast fermented natural medium-light roast of the Geisha variety has tasting notes of tropical fruit aromas of passionfruit, mango, and guava, creating a sweet & lively cup with hints of tangerine and cream.
**Panama Mama Cata Geisha Champagne Natural: this yeast fermented natural light roast of the Geisha variety has tasting notes of hibiscus tea, bergamot, mango, milk chocolate, and jasmine, for a vibrant and sweet finish throughout.
Colombia Granja Paraiso: this double anaerobic wash processed Colombian light roast features tasting notes of orange creamsicle, milk chocolate, and flowers, for a full creamy mouthful with a finish of candied orange that lingers and lingers. Grown and cultivated at the world renowned Finca El Paraíso-92, a family farm that utilizes innovative cultivation systems aimed at producing a unique, exquisite coffee.
Hawaii Kau Classic Dark: grown on Kau, Big Island of Hawaii, in a region blessed for the ultimate coffee growing conditions, with deep soils, plentiful rainfall, and afternoon cloud cover, this dark roast of the Typica, Bourbon, and Red Catuai varieties features tasting notes of dried apricot, cream, and dark chocolate, with just a hint of citrus, for an exceptionally smooth finish.
*Geisha has been the world's most sought after coffee variety since it rose to fame in 2004 after Hacienda La Esmeralda won the Best of Panama cupping competition with it. Since then it has slowly been planted around the world.
